Our clients approached us having bought this very large site, occupied by a unprepossessing bungalow, wanting to create a striking new family home.  The modest height of the original building on the site created restrictions during the planning negotiations, but the resulting ‘one-and-a-half’ storey design is no less impressive as a result.

A single storey garden-room extends to the rear, off the kitchen, opening out into fabulously landscaped gardens.

The traditionally styled oak-frame incorporates jettied gables, vaulted ceilings with feature trusses, and large amounts of glazing off the grand entrance/dining hall.
